Artist Statement

AldoVision is a visual exploration of the inner world — the places where dream, memory, grief, shadow, myth, and spiritual longing meet.

My work begins with AI-assisted image generation, but the finished image is shaped through selection, refinement, interpretation, and digital post-production. I use artificial intelligence not as a replacement for imagination, but as a threshold instrument: a way of entering symbolic terrain that feels both ancient and newly emerging.

The images often arrive as encounters. A faceless figure stands at the edge of a doorway. A mask remembers what the self has hidden. A city appears beneath the soul. A witness waits in a room that should not exist. These are not literal scenes so much as psychological and spiritual landscapes — visual metaphors for transformation, loss, awakening, and the mystery of becoming.

AldoVision is rooted in the belief that images can speak before language does. They can reveal what grief cannot yet explain, what faith cannot fully define, and what the unconscious continues to carry. My work invites viewers to pause before the symbolic, to enter the threshold, and to ask what part of themselves may be looking back.

Process and Intention

Each work begins with a generated foundation and then moves through a process of visual judgment, editing, refinement, and emotional recognition. I look for images that feel less like decoration and more like visitation — images that suggest a hidden narrative, a spiritual question, or an interior architecture.

The final works are intended for contemplation. Whether presented as limited-edition archival prints or adapted into open-edition merchandise, AldoVision seeks to create visual encounters that remain with the viewer beyond the first glance.
